Shortcut to lasagna..

Hey guys.
So lately ive been pretty occupied with school stuff and managing my business, but im here now. So sorry for my inconsistency.
Anyway, i got this shortcut a while back when i was so lazy and home alone. I really wanted lasagna but i was out of tomato sauce and other stuff, but i still made a sexy and delicious lasagna. Here goes nothing; lol.
Youll need:
Lasagne pasta (oven ready or uncooked)
Minced meat
Chopped onions
Garlic
Ginger
1-2 royco cubes
Italian spice
Black pepper
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup peas and carrots (you dont need much)
Sliced Chicken franks (uncooked. Probably one or two)
Mozzarella cheese (grated)

Method;
For the meat sauce;
In a skillet add minced meat, onions, cooked peas and carrots,royco, italian spice, black pepper, ginger powder, and water. Cook till water is absorbed.
If youre using oven ready lasagne layer it out on the bottom of your pan. (If its uncooked you have to cook it).
Add a layer of meat sauce. Then cheese. Then sliced chicken franks. Then cheese. Then lasagne (till you finish your pasta and meat sauce). Top it up with chicken frank slices and a lot of cheese.


Bake for about 25-30mins. (Till cheese is melted and browned)
