Super easy crustless vegetable mini breakfast quiches

Hey guys.. I just started my youtube channel, please make sure you check it out. Search for Ummeeta Rabiu.

So today we’ll be making these super easy breakfast quiches but a different way. For this youll need;

8 eggs

1 small onion (chopped)

1 carrot chopped

1 small ginger finger (chopped)

1 garlic clove chopped

1 scotch bonnet (coarsely grounded)

1 green jalapeño pepper (chopped)

1 maggi

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp italian spice

1/2 tsp rosemary

1/2 tsp basil leaves

A mixing bowl

Fork

Muffin tray

Paper cups

Method;

In a bowl whisk your eggs. Add in your veges and spices.

Line your muffin tray and scoop out the mixture into the paper cups.

Put them in the oven for 10-15mins or until a toothpick ran through and came out clean.

And Voila we’re done. You can serve with tea (and ketchup or mayonnaise) or you can make potato wedges to go with. I have some pictures but theyre on my camera and I couldnt get them out while typing this. So eventually ill update the post and include the pictures of when i served it with some baked potatoes.
