Hi guys! I celebrated St.Patrick’s day at Sheraton hotel in Abuja with some of my friends.. So I decided to write about it and tell you about my experience there.

Firstly, St. Patrick’s day is an Irish holiday that celebrates the Irish heritage and Culture. The Irish celebrate it with green attires and a lot of wine. (Being a muslim I didn’t drink any because its not permissible in Islam).

Sheraton hotel Abuja, celebrated it at their pool side on Saturday and I was invited to have a first hand experience of the event.

On arrival I was greeted by a waitress who handed me a special menu that was specifically created for the event. I made my order which was; A bowl of Caesar salad as my main course, Hawaiian twist as my drink and a Tiramisu cake for dessert.. The order came with complimentary bread and butter.

We took some pictures and networked with people. My friends also ordered some coca colas, mexican salads, kebabs with fries and we all ordered for chapmans and water.

It was really a fun experience and the food was lovely. Would I go back? I most definitely would!!
