French Potato Leek Soup; The easy way.

Ingredients;

Potatoes

Leeks

Oregano

Italian seasoning

Salt

Cream/milk

Lemon pepper

Black pepper

Corriander

Basil

Bay leaf

Method;

Put everything in a pot and boil. When veges are soft, take out the bayleaf and add cream/milk. Cook for 5minutes more, take out and blend. After blending return to pot, adjust seasoning and stir on low heat for 2mins. Serve hot and garnish with coriander.
